InfoPrint Email support

InfoPrint Email can be used for interoffice communication or to send e-mail to other addresses around the world. You can take advantage of the Email option to format documents that are both viewable and printable at company workstations. Send and receive data from a wide variety of sources, whether the data is PCL, PDF, PostScript, GIF, JPEG, TIFF, or a native SAP R/3 data stream (ABAP or OTF). Incoming data can be all these types; the Email DSS converts the data to PDF for viewing. To view output, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader (for more information and available downloads, see the Adobe website at http://www.adobe.com).

    Note:
  1. Color PDF and PostScript jobs are converted to black and white PDF e-mails if not handled appropriately.
