Form definitions for printing envelopes

Use the form definitions in Form definitions supplied with InfoPrint for printing envelopes to print envelopes and use the manual input bin on the LaserPrinter 4028. You can use these form definitions with other printers that use bin 65 as the envelope bin and bin 100 as the manual feed bin.
