startvpd utility: starts the InfoPrint Manager VPD daemon

Syntax

startvpd

Description

Use the startvpd utility to start the InfoPrint Manager VPD gateway daemon. The VPD gateway daemon will start on port 9100. If port 9100 is not available, the InfoPrint Manager VPD daemon will not start.
