startlpd utility: starts the InfoPrint Manager LPD daemon

Syntax

startlpd

Description

Use the startlpd utility to start the InfoPrint Manager LPD gateway daemon. LPD gateway daemon will start on port 515, make sure that the port is available by closing/disabling any other LPD daemon (eg. CUPS LPD). If port 515 is not available InfoPrint Manager LPD daemon will not start.

Note: Only available on Linux platform.
